Product Manager - Senior:
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Product Manager - Senior for a 4 month contract role. This position is onsite 5 days a week at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Product Manager - Senior - Job Description:
The role involves leading a critical project focused on digital transformation within the public sector. As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in integrating new digital services, ensuring alignment with government strategies and objectives.

Product Manager - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
• Define the product vision and ensure alignment with company strategy
• Identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas, and drive growth
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Work closely with engineering teams for quick time-to-market delivery
• Drive product launches and evaluate promotional plans
• Act as a product evangelist and represent the company to customers

Product Manager - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of product management experience in IT or digital services
• Proven experience leading large-scale digital or IT transformation projects
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, Scrum, and Lean product development
• Skilled in building and maintaining a product roadmap
• Experience defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

Product Manager - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with OPS IT project and architectural governance
• Knowledge of OPS Digital, accessibility, and cybersecurity standards
• Prior experience in the public sector
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Teamwork-oriented approach

Product Manager - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 4 month contract position.

ASAP.

Product Manager - Senior - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, onsite 5 days a week.
