Product Manager - Senior
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Product Manager - Senior for a 6 month contract role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Product Manager - Senior - Job Description:
The Product Manager - Senior will lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with business goals and strategic objectives. The role involves overseeing product delivery, stakeholder management, and ensuring compliance with governance and risk management protocols.

Product Manager - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Define and maintain the product vision, objectives, and roadmap.
• Engage with business partners and technology teams to understand business needs.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value.
• Collaborate with Agile delivery teams during various stages of product development.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous enhancements.
• Lead the development and maintenance of project governance artifacts.

Product Manager - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of product management experience in IT or digital services.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud services, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Dataverse.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience with OPS IT project and architectural governance.
• Proven experience leading large-scale digital or IT transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, Scrum, and Lean product development.

Product Manager - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of OPS Digital Standards, privacy requirements, and cybersecurity practices.
• Previous OPS/public sector experience.

Product Manager - Senior – Assignment Length:
The assignment is for 6 months.

ASAP.
