Product Manager - Senior:
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Product Manager - Senior for a 10 month contract role. This position is onsite 5 days a week at our client’s Toronto office.

Product Manager - Senior - Job Description:
This role involves leading a critical project concerning enterprise platform strategy and service onboarding within the Government Services Integration Cluster. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, as well as managing product backlogs and using analytics to guide decisions.

Product Manager - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Lead the product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and product decisions for the enterprise platform for business services.
• Connect government priorities, user needs, ministry service requirements, platform maturity, delivery capacity, operational considerations, and measurable outcomes.
• Guide discovery, define product outcomes, manage the backlog, and establish clear release objectives and acceptance priorities.
• Facilitate trade-off decisions and align ministry partners on onboarding scope and dependencies.
• Use research, analytics, performance information, and stakeholder feedback to improve adoption, value, and the ongoing evolution of the platform.

Product Manager - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, outcomes, and backlogs.
• Experience leading complex digital products through discovery, delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Experience prioritizing reusable capabilities and onboarding services to shared platforms.
• Experience balancing enterprise standards with partner needs and delivery constraints.
• Ability to build alignment across diverse business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation, communication, and executive-presentation skills.

Product Manager - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in public-facing digital services or enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with government digital services.
• Background in UX, architecture, or operations.

Product Manager - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 10 month contract position.

ASAP.

Product Manager - Senior - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with the requirement to work onsite 5 days a week.
