On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Product Manager/Technology - Mid-Level for a 6 month contract. This position is onsite at our client’s Austin, Texas office.

Product Manager/Technology - Mid-Level - Job Description:
As a Product Manager/Technology - Mid-Level, you will lead a scrum team to enhance client experience and deter fraud through improved authentication processes. The role involves collaborating with various teams to identify authentication needs and administer services, focusing on emerging techniques and technologies.

Product Manager/Technology - Mid-Level - Responsibilities:
• Build a feature/product/channel roadmap to articulate and drive the priorities of the group
• Lead product discovery activities and design experiments with UX and tech teams
• Create and define product stories with acceptance criteria and ensure successful delivery
• Develop a deep understanding of customers by leveraging data and research
• Interact with vendors for platform support and upgrades
• Explore and propose technologies for various channels
• Identify risks in solutions and recommend mitigation strategies
• Work with partners to create authentication techniques and systems
• Create a release plan with the scrum team and other business lines
• Provide first-line support to internal stakeholders and resolve client escalations

Product Manager/Technology - Mid-Level - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or business
• Prior product management experience with online security, authentication, and digital identity
• Experience with federated identity and single sign-on implementations
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Superior analytical ability with attention to detail
• Ability to influence and drive outcomes
• Documented experience in agile product development

Product Manager/Technology - Mid-Level – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with OAuth and OIDC
• Experience with the Financial Services industry
• Strong interest/passion for the industry
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
