Product Manager:
On behalf of our Professional Services client, Procom is searching for a Product Manager for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Product Manager - Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Product Manager to lead the journey of products from concept to production. The role involves transforming customer and market needs into actionable product plans and managing the teams responsible for delivery. The Product Manager will act as the liaison between stakeholders and development teams while collaborating with marketing and sales for successful product launches.

Product Manager - Responsibilities:
• Turn business and market strategy into defined, doable product plans
• Define and document product requirements and roadmaps for execution and sales
• Lead market research and positioning conversations to keep products viable and growth balanced
• Evaluate the market for ways to serve customers better and increase profitability
• Work with cross-functional teams at every stage of product development
• Coordinate marketing, sales, and other implementation strategies
• Make sure best practices are followed, goals are met, and projects run effectively
• Analyze data from many sources and give direction and guidance to your team

Product Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years in a Product Management role, designing and delivering software products
• A track record of shipping end-to-end customer experiences
• The ability to understand and explain technical concepts, manage tradeoffs, and make fast decisions when things are unclear
• Strong influence and communication skills across multiple teams
• Skill at turning data and customer insights into product strategy
• Curiosity and drive to solve a problem from start to finish
• Strong execution, with a habit of driving work to completion

Product Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Working knowledge of technical processes, marketing guidelines, and business strategy
• Experience in accessible product design
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills

Product Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract position.

Product Manager - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office.
