Product Marketing Manager:
On behalf of our Aviation client, Procom is searching for a Product Marketing Manager for a one-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Irvine, California office.

Job Description:
The Product Marketing Manager – Innovations is responsible for driving the development and implementation of marketing strategies for new products and services in a fast-paced innovation environment. The role involves translating market needs into product visions, ensuring alignment with business goals, and supporting the innovation project team in all marketing and business development activities.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Develop the product vision and value proposition to meet market expectations.
• Lead actions for testing, promotion, and distribution strategies for new ideas.
• Create marketing tools for prospecting, testing, and sales.
• Implement digital marketing techniques, such as content creation and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure a smooth transition from innovation to execution.
• Act as a thought leader and represent the company at industry events.

Mandatory Skills:
• Must have PRODUCT marketing experience.
• B2B environment in marketing is a must.
• Aero/Aviation background is a must.
• Strong analytical ability with proficiency in pricing and market analysis.
• Proven experience in developing effective marketing material.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and Data Analytics applied to marketing.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Tech/AWS/Digital product experience.
• Experience in innovation projects and associated methods.
• Certification in value-based pricing and offer development.
• Certification in Product Marketing.
• Experience in high-technology product development.

Assignment Length:
This is a one-year assignment, with the possibility of extension.

Start Date:
ASAP.

Assignment Location:
Irvine, California, United States. Hybrid with 3 days in office.
