On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Product Operations Specialist for a 9-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Product Operations Specialist - Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Operations Specialist to support the Capital Markets Investment Analytics Technology portfolio. This role involves coordinating day-to-day Product Operations and supporting the execution of a cloud transformation program and established operational processes.

Product Operations Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day Product Operations activities and operating cadences across the portfolio.
• Ensure target work management processes are consistently executed, maintained, and improved.
• Coordinate recurring operational processes such as backlog refinement, bug management, and delivery reviews.
• Maintain accurate work management information, including backlog health and priorities.
• Partner with Product Owners and Product Engineering Leaders to ensure product goals are clearly documented and communicated.
• Maintain portfolio cloud transformation roadmaps and coordinate activities across cloud migration workstreams.
• Prepare and maintain the CMIA weekly update for the Cloud Migration Program.
• Coordinate release readiness activities and ensure delivery, testing, and communication considerations are tracked.
• Configure and maintain Jira boards, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reporting solutions.

Product Operations Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Agile Delivery, or related technology delivery role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Agile software delivery teams.
• Strong Jira experience, including dashboards, reporting, and workflows.
• Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development and data visualization.
• Experience developing and maintaining delivery metrics and executive-ready materials.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Product Operations Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience in financial services, investment management, or capital markets.
• Experience supporting cloud migration or modernization initiatives.
• Experience with Azure, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Product Operations Specialist – Assignment Length:
The contract duration is until December 24, 2026, with potential renewal to end of June 2027 after budget approval.

Product Operations Specialist - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 4 days in the office.
