Product Owner – AI Security:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Product Owner – AI Security for a 5.5-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Product Owner – AI Security - Job Description:
The project involves owning and driving the roadmap for AI & Data Security capabilities. The Product Owner will define and track success metrics such as product adoption, usage, and impact on customer security workflows, ensuring secure-by-default and shift-left principles across AI Security workstreams.

Product Owner – AI Security - Responsibilities:
• Translate strategy into actionable deliverables, manage roadmaps and backlogs
• Work closely with engineering, architecture, and platform teams to plan and deliver security tooling
• Align with compliance, risk, and audit teams to integrate control requirements
• Define user stories, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate vendor onboarding and validation activities
• Track delivery metrics, analyze adoption and value realization, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Monitor milestones, risks, and decisions; assist with release planning and feature implementation
• Tune tools based on feedback and risk exposure; support control design to address vulnerabilities and misconfigurations

Product Owner – AI Security - Mandatory Skills:
• 3-5 years experience in a Product/Project Management capacity
• 3+ years of experience in Information Security or Information Technology
• 1-2 years experience in working with Regulatory, Compliance, Risk and Audit functions
• Experience in working with complex processes
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Effective communication and collaboration across teams
• Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively

Product Owner – AI Security – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous experience on Financial principles of large enterprise organization
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud security tools and technologies
• Knowledge of AI and data security trends
• Experience in vendor management

Product Owner – AI Security – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position until December 31st, with the possibility of extension and conversion to FTE.

ASAP.

Product Owner – AI Security - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2 days in the office per week.
