Product Owner:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Product Owner for a 12 month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Austin office.

Product Owner - Job Description:
The Digital Investor Services team is seeking a Product Owner to support the development and delivery of digital messaging platform capabilities. The role involves partnering with cross-enterprise platforms to understand messaging needs, executing a messaging strategy, and aligning with the overall vision and roadmap of Digital Messaging.

Product Owner - Responsibilities:
• Work closely with leadership to deliver on the vision and goals for digital messaging needs
• Define and prioritize the product backlog to align with business vision and priorities
• Execute development processes with technical teams and external vendors
• Support sprint and release plans alongside the Scrum Master
• Champion Agile methodologies and participate in product owner activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define product release requirements
• Serve as a subject matter authority and evangelist to partners

Product Owner - Mandatory Skills:
• Data Analytics experience with the ability to turn data into insights
• Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to translate vision into measurable roadmaps
• Strong knowledge and experience with digital platforms and underlying technologies
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships across the organization
• Highly developed communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Prior experience as an Agile Product Owner or leading scrum teams

Product Owner – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Good understanding of financial services regulations
• Experience working with legal and compliance teams
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing and project status communication
• Ability to identify and manage risks and create mitigation plans
• Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred)

This is a 12 month position.
