Product Owner, Mobile Native Design (Figma):
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Product Owner, Mobile Native Design (Figma) for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Product Owner, Mobile Native Design (Figma) - Job Description:
The project is focused on FX Modernization, a flagship program within Capital Markets IT, ongoing for about 2 years. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into design specifications for development.

Product Owner, Mobile Native Design (Figma) - Responsibilities:
• Work on design specifications and translate product requirements into designs
• Conduct user research sessions to understand needs and workflows
• Collaborate with product owners in brainstorming sessions
• Develop concepts using AI tools
• Manage the handover and support of designs to engineering and product development teams
• Present designs and communicate work to team members and stakeholders

Product Owner, Mobile Native Design (Figma) - Mandatory Skills:
• Undergraduate Degree
• 3+ years of product design experience with a track record of shipping transactional experiences
• Technical proficiency in Figma
• Mobile native design experience (iOS/Android)
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• A willingness to experiment with AI tools

Product Owner, Mobile Native Design (Figma) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Degree in HCI/UX/Graphic design
• Experience in capital markets, trading platforms, or financial services

This is a 6-month contract position.
