Production Specialist:
On behalf of our industrial automation client, Procom is searching for a Production Specialist for a permanent role. This position is onsite at our client’s Charlotte, NC office.

Production Specialist - Job Description:
As a Production Specialist within the IEMCA division, you will be responsible for the assembly, wiring, testing, and commissioning of automated industrial equipment. You will work closely with the Production Team to ensure machinery meets technical specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Production Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Assemble, wire, test, and commission automated industrial equipment
• Ensure machinery is assembled according to technical specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the production process
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain an efficient, organized, and collaborative production environment

Production Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• Hands-on experience with industrial machinery, automation equipment, or mechatronic systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a production team

Production Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience using precision measuring tools
• Technical vocational training in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Systems, or related fields

This is a permanent position.
