Production Support Analyst – Access Management:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Production Support Analyst – Access Management for a full-time role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s North York office.

Production Support Analyst – Access Management - Job Description:
This role focuses on managing logical access for bank employees and maintaining client’s datacentres. The position involves administering access IDs and passwords, managing datacentre inventory, and providing support for IT operations.

Production Support Analyst – Access Management - Responsibilities:
• Manage logical system access by creating and administering user IDs and passwords
• Respond to access requests and meet team SLAs
• Implement access changes in accordance with approved workflows
• Maintain and improve access control systems and documentation
• Perform access management reviews and report discrepancies
• Support IT Operations team in account management tasks
• Administer Tidal Enterprise Scheduling system
• Review server requests and manage datacentre resources
• Maintain datacentre inventory databases

Production Support Analyst – Access Management - Mandatory Skills:
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in Production Operations or Support environment
• Experience with Unix and Windows/NT environments
• Experience with Enterprise job scheduling systems
• Good command of Active Directory and Microsoft Suite
• Data Centre experience supporting infrastructure
• Ability to move datacentre equipment (up to 50 lbs)

Production Support Analyst – Access Management – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to Tidal Enterprise Scheduler
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
• Understanding of Banking/Financial systems
• Scripting and coding proficiency in enterprise environments

Production Support Analyst – Access Management – Assignment Length:
This is a permanent position.

North York, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days per week in the office after initial training period.
