Production Support:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Production Support for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

Production Support - Job Description:
This role is focused on ensuring the stability, resilience, and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management platform. The position involves platform ownership, production health accountability, and coordination across teams for incident resolution and engineering excellence.

Production Support - Responsibilities:
• Lead L3 triage and resolution of complex production incidents
• Drive the SWAT process for problem ticket review and resolution
• Serve as the primary escalation point for L3 engineers
• Own L3 production support for the Enterprise Risk Data Layer (ERDL)
• Maintain deep working knowledge of the ERDL reporting layer hierarchy
• Perform and coordinate DevOps functions across lower environments
• Own and evolve the daily operational monitoring framework

Production Support - Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years of technology experience in production engineering or platform DevOps
• Proven experience in a senior technical operations or engineering lead role
• Strong hands-on experience with data platform operations
• Working knowledge of data modeling concepts
• Experience with ITSM processes in a formal IT governance environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in financial services or regulated technology environments

Production Support – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with ERDL or equivalent enterprise risk data layer platforms
• Familiarity with Kafka schema governance
• Experience supporting agentic AI or GenAI-integrated applications
• Knowledge of FAST automation framework or behavior-driven development
• Exposure to enterprise risk management concepts

Mississauga, Ontario, Canada – Hybrid with 3 days in office.
