On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Program Director, PMO Transformation Programs/ Segmentation for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s office in Toronto, Ontario.

Program Director, PMO Transformation Programs/ Segmentation - Job Description:
The Director will contribute to the success of the Canadian Bank by providing oversight and leadership in the Segmentation Program. This role involves shaping initiative scope and guiding execution across a portfolio of initiatives to ensure alignment with business priorities and transformation standards.

Program Director, PMO Transformation Programs/ Segmentation - Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring clear deliverables and timelines.
• Partner with workstream leaders to coordinate project management support.
• Provide functional oversight and monitor initiative health and interdependencies.
• Escalate risks and maintain strong governance through transparent reporting.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.

Program Director, PMO Transformation Programs/ Segmentation - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of experience as a Director in program management or transformation delivery.
• Deep domain expertise relevant to transformation areas.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing interdependencies.
• Proven experience in Go-To-Market plan execution.
• Strong governance, reporting, and risk management capabilities.

Program Director, PMO Transformation Programs/ Segmentation – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Retail Banking experience.
• Recent experience with Client segmentation and transformation initiatives.

Program Director, PMO Transformation Programs/ Segmentation – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

ASAP.
