On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Program Director - PMO Transformation Programs, Segmentation for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Program Director - PMO Transformation Programs, Segmentation - Job Description:
The Director, PMO Transformation Programs, Segmentation contributes to the overall success of the Canadian Bank by providing functional oversight and delivery leadership in the Segmentation Program. This role is focused on leading transformation initiatives from strategy to implementation, ensuring alignment with business priorities and transformation standards.

Program Director - PMO Transformation Programs, Segmentation - Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned transformation initiatives by applying deep functional and topic expertise.
• Partner with Workstream Leaders and VPs to coordinate and deliver project management support.
• Provide functional oversight across assigned workstreams, supporting program managers with guidance and issue resolution.
• Escalate material risks and interdependency issues to the appropriate Program Governance forums.
• Lead engagement with senior stakeholders and executives to drive alignment and accountability.
• Drive accountability for delivery outcomes by ensuring initiative plans are complete and realistic.

Program Director - PMO Transformation Programs, Segmentation - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, transformation delivery, or business change leadership.
• Deep domain or functional expertise relevant to the assigned transformation area.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and project delivery teams.
• Proven experience developing and executing Go-To-Market plans.
• Strong governance, reporting, and risk management capabilities.

Program Director - PMO Transformation Programs, Segmentation – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Retail Banking experience an asset.
• Recent experience with Client segmentation and transformation initiatives is highly preferred.

Program Director - PMO Transformation Programs, Segmentation – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
