Program Manager:
Procom is searching for a Program Manager for an 18-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton or Calgary office. 

Program Manager - Job Description:
Seeking Program Manager to support Billing Transformation Opportunity to lead and stabilize a new CIS platform for Electric and Gas. The Program Manager will bridge execution teams, operational leaders, and the transformation deployment team. 

Program Manager - Responsibilities:
• Lead operational transformation, integration, and governance activities for the CIS transformation program.
• Support the organization through deployment, stabilization, and adoption of the new CIS platform.
• Triage operational upsets into actionable impacts and decisions for executives and teams.
• Act as the primary coordination point across various operational and program teams.
• Assess operational risks, metrics, and emerging issues to determine priorities and resource needs.
• Oversee vendor performance and maintain professional relationships.
• Establish and maintain reporting, KPIs, and operational scorecards.

Program Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 15+ years of experience leading large programs and stabilizing operations post-go-live.
• Significant leadership experience in operational transformation or large-scale business operations.
• Strong program governance and vendor-management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical capability and comfort working in a KPI-driven environment.
• Sufficient technical literacy to understand system dependencies and deployment risks.
• High resilience and emotional intelligence under pressure.

Program Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with utility billing and customer operations.
• Knowledge of utility billing cycles and meter-to-cash processes.
• Experience with CIS or utility customer-service platforms.
• Familiarity with regulatory and customer-operations interfaces.
• Experience working with regulated utilities.

Program Manager – Assignment Length:
This is an 18-month contract position with potential extension.

Program Manager - Assignment Location:
Edmonton or Calgary  Alberta, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office.
