On behalf of our Government Sector client, Procom is searching for a Senior Program Manager for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Peterborough, Ontario office.

Senior Program Manager - Senior - Job Description:
Our client is undergoing a significant organizational transformation to transition from a project-based to a product-based model. This initiative aligns with the Common Cluster Operating Model and the OPS Service Framework, aiming to enhance organizational agility and delivery effectiveness. The Senior Program Manager will lead strategic planning, execution, and adoption of this transformation, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

Senior Program Manager - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Lead the organizational change and transformation program to a Product-Based Delivery Model.
• Develop integrated transformation plans, roadmaps, and success measures.
• Establish governance structures and reporting mechanisms.
• Coordinate activities across various workstreams.
• Provide strategic advice on organizational readiness and transformation risks.
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments.
• Lead communication and engagement strategies.
• Support future-state operating model development.

Senior Program Manager - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience leading complex organizational transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience conducting stakeholder analysis and change planning.
• Demonstrated success in driving organizational adoption and culture change.
• Experience establishing change governance frameworks.
