On behalf of our Government Sector client, Procom is searching for a Program Manager - Senior for an 8 month contract role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Program Manager - Senior - Job Description:
This role involves leading a critical project regarding large-scale program management. The Program Manager will work on high-profile initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and compliance with organizational standards.

Program Manager - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Provide program management leadership for large-scale, high-profile, and high-risk initiatives.
• Ensure accountability for the program’s centralized group of projects and their successful full life cycle delivery.
• Lead program strategy development from inception to project close-out.
• Direct and manage multidisciplinary project teams, including multiple Project Managers.
• Monitor and manage cost, risk, schedule, governance, and technical performance of projects.
• Develop complex budgets and manage cross-organization dependencies.
• Direct stakeholder consultation and build consensus.
• Provide program and project reporting to multiple stakeholders.
• Lead strategies to overcome resistance to change and capitalize on supportive forces.

Program Manager - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position from July to March 2027, with the option to extend.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada, onsite 5 days a week.
