Program Manager - Social Media Enablement:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Program Manager - Social Media Enablement for a 9 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Program Manager - Social Media Enablement - Job Description:
The role involves leading the planning, coordination, and execution of a high-profile initiative to onboard, migrate, and implement a new social media management platform. This program aims to enhance advisor marketing capabilities and ensure compliant social media practices.

Program Manager - Social Media Enablement - Responsibilities:
• Lead large-scale program delivery, including platform implementation and migration
• Manage program planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
• Drive change management strategy, focusing on stakeholder engagement, communications, and training
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budget tracking
• Support monitoring and governance of advisor social media activity for compliance

Program Manager - Social Media Enablement - Mandatory Skills:
• 5-7 years of large-scale program and project management experience
• Experience with platform migration projects
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Organizational effectiveness
• Experience supporting change management initiatives

Program Manager - Social Media Enablement – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• PMP certification
• Financial Industry experience or experience in a regulated environment
• Prior experience with social media management tools

Program Manager - Social Media Enablement – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position with an end date of June 25, 2027.
