Program Manager:
On behalf of our Healthcare  client, Procom is searching for a Program Manager for a 4 month contract role. This position is a remote position with our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Program Manager - Job Description:
Our client is leading a critical project focused on building data and analytics infrastructure, specifically the Public Health Data Utility and the Immunization Information System. The Senior Program Manager will provide structured program and portfolio management leadership to ensure the successful completion of these initiatives in alignment with organizational and governmental standards.

Program Manager - Responsibilities:
• Provide project oversight on behalf of the Director, Architecture, Digital Governance, Digital Public Health.
• Manage relationships with internal and external partners and vendor teams.
• Ensure that project deliverables are satisfactorily completed.
• Communicate complex technical and contractual information to diverse stakeholders.
• Align vendor and partner activities with broader organizational strategies.
• Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate interdependent projects and manage cross-functional teams.
• Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and communicate program status regularly.
• Oversee program documentation and reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate with vendor and partner organizations to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate and develop materials for presentations to internal partners and committees.
• Produce routine and ad-hoc updates on program progress and risks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Program Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Strong understanding of public health programs and Canadian health data standards.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Program Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Experience in managing large-scale public health data projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Public sector experience.

Program Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 4 month contract position.

Program Manager - Start Date:
ASAP.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a remote position.
