Program/Project Coordinator:
On behalf of our Transportation client, Procom is searching for a Program/Project Coordinator for a 4 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

Program/Project Coordinator - Job Description:
The Program/Project Coordinator will support various projects that involve new developments and platform upgrades. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless execution and delivery of project objectives.

Program/Project Coordinator - Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and report on milestones and deliverables.
• Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting project issues.
• Support the team in maintaining project documentation and accessibility.

Program/Project Coordinator - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in project coordination or management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management software.

Program/Project Coordinator – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with industry-specific platforms.
• Experience in a hybrid work environment.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards.

Program/Project Coordinator – Assignment Length:
This is a 4 month contract position.
