Programmer/Business Analyst - Infor:
Procom is searching for a Programmer/Business Analyst - Infor for a 6 month contract. This position is a fully remote position available anywhere in Canada.

Programmer/Business Analyst - Infor - Job Description:
The role involves supporting the successful delivery of the Infor upgrade project by providing hands-on technical analysis, development, testing, troubleshooting, and production support. The focus is on maintaining system stability and reducing delivery risk for the ongoing Infor Application Suite upgrade.

Programmer/Business Analyst - Infor - Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance with Infor suite upgrade activities
• Analyze, plan, design, develop, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and support applications associated with the Infor Application Suite
• Report to a team lead, providing updates and status, and track time against assigned work items
• Adhere to governance, standards, and best practices of the Infor platform and software delivery processes 
• Document system design, concepts, facilities, components, interfaces, operational environment, data structures, files, sub-systems, modules, programs, batch and online processes, production monitoring procedures, testing strategy, and related systems information
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration, application, service, integration, and legacy application issues in a timely manner
• Provide on-call support after hours, including weekends, if required

Programmer/Business Analyst - Infor - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum five (5) years of experience with the Infor Application Suite
• Demonstrated experience performing technical analysis, development, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and production support for Infor and Lawson applications
• Experience with Infor technologies such as Talent Management, Global HR, Lawson Finance S3, Workforce Management, LBI and Smart Notes, Smart Office, Infor Process Designer, Infor Security Administrator, d/EPM, and COBOL
• Strong analytical, technical analysis, development, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-resolution skills
• Ability to work with clients, business units, technical teams, quality assurance, and team leads to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and support delivery

Programmer/Business Analyst - Infor – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience supporting upgrade activities, regression testing, break and fix work, and production support activities
• Ability to provide technical, design, and architectural support to team members
• Working knowledge of general insurance terminology and practices

Programmer/Business Analyst - Infor – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position for approximately 6 months
