Project Analyst:
On behalf of our Professional Services client, Procom is searching for a Project Analyst for a 6 month contract (with extensions expected). This position is an onsite position at our client’s Regina, Saskatchewan office.

Project Analyst - Job Description:
The Project Analyst will support the implementation of various IT projects, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices. The role involves assisting in managing project scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Project Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Manage overall project performance, including planning, monitoring, and reporting
• Collaborate with core project team members to ensure alignment and successful delivery
• Assign roles and responsibilities and oversee deliverables and tasks
• Manage external vendors and ensure quality outcomes
• Create and manage project budgets and update stakeholders regularly
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure compliance with standards and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Project Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum of seven years of IT project management experience
• Project management education and/or certifications (PMP)
• Proven vendor management experience
• Experience managing cross-functional project teams
• Proficiency with project management software
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Project Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience managing SaaS cloud solutions
• Ability to analyze complex problems and find innovative solutions
• Experience with predictive, agile, and hybrid projects
• Strong interpersonal and management skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities

Project Analyst – Assignment Length:
The contract term is for an initial 6 months with long term renewals expected.

Regina, Saskatchewan, onsite position.
