Project Control Officer:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Project Control Officer for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Project Control Officer - Job Description:
The Project Control Officer will support a comprehensive program by managing resources, facilitating meetings, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role involves updating and tracking activities using MS Project and performing general PCO responsibilities.

Project Control Officer - Responsibilities:
• Track and manage program resources
• Facilitate meetings and document minutes
• Conduct financial reporting and analysis
• Update and track activities using MS Project
• Perform general PCO responsibilities

Project Control Officer - Mandatory Skills:
• Excellent proficiency in MS Project
• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel
• Great proficiency in MS PowerPoint
• Great proficiency in Clarity PPM
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Background in project management

Project Control Officer – Nice-to-Have Skills:

Project Control Officer – Assignment Length:
The contract is for 1 year with potential to extend.
