Project Control Officer x2:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Project Control Officer x2 for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Project Control Officer x2 - Job Description:
The project involves mandatory remediation items under the "Road to Strong" initiative. The focus is on business-as-usual (BAU) operations, ensuring project deliverables are met to strengthen overall project control and management.

Project Control Officer x2 - Responsibilities:
• Manage RAID log by ingesting Risk/Action/Issue/Decision items and maintaining coherency
• Prepare and consolidate reporting materials, including weekly status reports and ad-hoc requests
• Track interdependencies across project workstreams and external projects
• Consolidate monthly cost forecasts and track actual spend, analyzing variances between forecast and actuals
• Maintain Project Change Control (PCR) list and manage related tasks
• Organize and manage project artifacts, assisting during compliance reviews
• Track and report on project schedules, highlighting and escalating slippages

Project Control Officer x2 - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in Project Monitoring and Control Activity
• Experience with large project/program delivery
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Knowledge of PDLC, Agile, Hybrid methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project)
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, SharePoint
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Project Control Officer x2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in banking or financial institutions
• PMP certification

Project Control Officer x2 – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion based on business needs and performance.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The position is hybrid, requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
