Project Coordinator:
On behalf of our Telco client, Procom is searching for a Project Coordinator for an 18-month contract role. This position is onsite at our client’s Brampton office.

Project Coordinator - Job Description:
The Project Coordinator will support cloud engineering and public cloud project delivery, focusing on coordinating daily operations and stakeholder communications. The role involves facilitating meetings, managing project documentation, and ensuring alignment with cloud governance processes.

Project Coordinator - Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily Cloud Engineering stand-up meetings
• Coordinate work intake and manage engineering delivery queues
• Create, groom, assign, and track work items in Jira
• Monitor ticket progress and assist with escalation coordination
• Act as the Business Systems Analyst for internal Public Cloud initiatives
• Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements
• Coordinate project activities across business and technical stakeholders

Project Coordinator - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Project Coordinator, Technical Coordinator, or similar role
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience documenting requirements, processes, and project deliverables

Project Coordinator – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to Public Cloud technologies and services
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery practices
• Experience supporting technology infrastructure or cloud-related projects
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams

Project Coordinator – Assignment Length:
This is an 18-month contract position.

Project Coordinator - Start Date:
ASAP.

Project Coordinator - Assignment Location:
Brampton, Ontario, Canada, onsite up to 5 days a week.
