Project Coordinator:
On behalf of our Transportation client, Procom is searching for a Project Coordinator for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

Project Coordinator - Job Description:
The project involves the coordination and delivery of network infrastructure initiatives, focusing on the refresh, replacement, and lifecycle management of network switches. The successful candidate will support the IT Operations team, ensuring project schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communications are maintained effectively.

Project Coordinator - Responsibilities:
• Own day-to-day coordination for network infrastructure projects, including switch refresh and replacement initiatives across the full lifecycle
• Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, budgets, and status reports
• Coordinate network change/maintenance windows with network engineering teams and vendors
• Liaise with network engineering teams and vendors to track deployment, configuration, and maintenance activity for network switches
• Coordinate and document stakeholder meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action item follow-up
• Support change management documentation for network infrastructure changes
• Manage vendor and contractor coordination for network hardware

Project Coordinator - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years' experience as a Project Coordinator or Junior/Associate Project Manager on network-focused infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated coordination across a full network project lifecycle
• Comfortable coordinating network change/maintenance windows with engineering teams
• Working technical literacy in core networking concepts
• Vendor and contractor coordination experience
• Proficiency with standard PM/reporting tools
• Strong documentation skills

Project Coordinator – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or PRINCE2
• Prior experience within a transportation or other critical-infrastructure/regulated environment
• ITIL familiarity, particularly change management processes
• CompTIA Network+ or equivalent

This is a 6 contract position.
