Project Coordinator (Release):
On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Project Coordinator (Release) for an intermediate role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Project Coordinator (Release) - Job Description:
The Project Coordinator (Release) will play a pivotal role in managing project governance, portfolio reporting, and financial management for multiple initiatives. This role involves coordinating both production and non-production releases to ensure successful delivery and alignment with stakeholders. The focus is on supporting end-to-end project coordination and release execution.

Project Coordinator (Release) - Responsibilities:
• Manage project financials, forecasting, resource allocations, and portfolio reporting
• Coordinate project intake, planning, execution, and governance activities
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and project health
• Coordinate production and non-production releases, including deployment readiness and release validation
• Collaborate with Project Managers, STOs, BA, Dev, QA, and Performance teams
• Maintain RAID logs and drive timely escalation and resolution of risks and issues
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution
• Maintain governance artefacts, Change Requests, and supporting documentation

Project Coordinator (Release) - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong project governance and financial management skills
• Experience in coordinating project and release activities
• Proficiency in maintaining RAID logs and managing risks and issues
• Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional coordination skills
• Proficient in maintaining documentation and governance artefacts
• Strong understanding of SDLC and release processes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Project Coordinator (Release) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Technical or development background
• Experience with Confluence and SharePoint
• Familiarity with SIT/UAT handoffs and fallback testing
• Problem-solving skills
• Flexibility in supporting critical release activities

Project Coordinator (Release) – Assignment Length:
This is a permanent position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 2 days in the office.
