Project Management/Analyst - Cyber Security:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Project Management/Analyst - Cyber Security for a 3-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Project Management/Analyst - Cyber Security - Job Description:
The project involves managing cyber security projects related to regulatory and audit requirements, particularly in relation to the Glasswing initiative. The role requires developing governance frameworks, maintaining transparency, and supporting decision-making processes.

Project Management/Analyst - Cyber Security - Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, processes, and reporting structures.
• Lead overall portfolio planning and execution, manage interdependencies, and optimize resource allocation.
• Translate team goals into actionable plans and ensure alignment with long-term objectives.
• Design and deliver executive-ready materials and dashboards.
• Build strong relationships with businesses and senior executives.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic recommendations.
• Conduct analysis and make recommendations to enhance capabilities and drive efficiencies.

Project Management/Analyst - Cyber Security - Mandatory Skills:
• 2+ years of Project Management or Analyst experience.
• Experience in creating business cases, gathering requirements, and managing financials.
• Post-secondary education - degree or diploma.
• Very strong and clear communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and critical thinking ability.

Project Management/Analyst - Cyber Security – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Prior banking experience.
• PMP certification.

Project Management/Analyst - Cyber Security – Assignment Length:
This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.

Project Management/Analyst - Cyber Security - Start Date:
ASAP.

Project Management/Analyst - Cyber Security - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, onsite 5 days a week.
