Project Manager - AML Risk Strategic Program:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager - AML Risk Strategic Program for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Project Manager - AML Risk Strategic Program - Job Description:
The Project Manager - AML Risk Strategic Program will lead the AML strategic program, focusing on meeting regulatory and audit requirements, business process changes, and operational efficiency improvements. This role involves managing large-scale, complex projects spanning multiple functions and business groups.

Project Manager - AML Risk Strategic Program - Responsibilities:
• Lead business case creation and manage the process end-to-end, including resource planning and budgeting.
• Prepare committee materials for approvals.
• Manage project financials and solve complex project issues.
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Mobilize and motivate teams, set direction, and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure exemplary project management, including risk management and stakeholder management.

Project Manager - AML Risk Strategic Program - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in project and program management with high-risk management.
• 8+ years of experience managing business cases and project financials.
• Expertise in program/project tools like Clarity and MS Project.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Project Manager - AML Risk Strategic Program – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous experience with AML and compliance projects.
• Knowledge of financial crimes.
• Fluency in English & Spanish.

Project Manager - AML Risk Strategic Program – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position from August 4, 2026, to July 30, 2027, with the possibility of extension.

ASAP.

Project Manager - AML Risk Strategic Program - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is hybrid with 3 days in the office.
