On behalf of our Real Estate & Wealth Advisory client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager/Business Professional - Senior for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Westlake, Texas office.

Project Manager/Business Professional - Senior - Job Description:
We are seeking a contractor to support real estate expansions and Wealth Advisory business initiatives. This role will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate stakeholders, and conduct analysis as needed. The focus is on managing real estate expansions and supporting strategic priorities within the Wealth Advisory sector.

Project Manager/Business Professional - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Lead real estate expansions, restacks, seat-sharing initiatives, and relocations.
• Coordinate initiatives with Corporate Real Estate and business partners.
• Manage initiatives from design through implementation, creatively solving problems and completing supporting analysis.
• Support broader Wealth Advisory strategic priorities as needed.

Project Manager/Business Professional - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and data analysis.
• Strong project management skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to independently lead initiatives.
• Ability to work through ambiguity.

Project Manager/Business Professional - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in real estate project management.

Project Manager/Business Professional - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract position.
