Project Manager:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager for a 12-month role. This position is a remote position working Mountain Time business hours from anywhere in Canada.

Project Manager - Job Description:
The Project Manager will oversee multiple high-visibility projects, including the SNP Glue Upgrade, CMHC Load Remediation, and Salesforce-Docusign API Migration. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with strategic program goals.

Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Partner with Technology Enablement, Business, and third-party stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager to set program standards and ensure alignment with portfolio goals.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget oversight.
• Proactively identify and address risks/issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors, guiding them to meet milestones.
• Produce and maintain high-standard project artifacts for engagement continuity.

Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• PMP, PMI-ACP certification or equivalent.
• 6+ years leading IT projects focused on business process and organizational change.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Exceptional written/verbal communication skills.
• Technical fluency in SAP landscape and data integration.
• Financial service and regulatory acumen.

Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Salesforce-Docusign API Migration.
• High EQ for managing diverse personalities.
• Ability to perform rapid discovery of hidden risks.
• Proficient across multiple platforms.
• Advanced risk and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Project Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility for extension.
