On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager - Capital Markets Data Solutions for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

Project Manager - Capital Markets Data Solutions - Job Description:
We are seeking a business-facing Project Manager to join our Markets Program Execution & Transformation team. This role involves leading the execution of strategic deliverables across transformative programs impacting our client's Markets businesses, with a focus on capital markets and data solutions.

Project Manager - Capital Markets Data Solutions - Responsibilities:
• Support the Program Initiative lead(s) to drive execution of strategic deliverables across multiple projects.
• Lead and participate in working groups, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Provide subject matter expertise on business initiatives.
• Assist in socializing and approving target state tools, processes, and controls.
• Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives.
• Identify and resolve or escalate risks and issues.
• Engage senior stakeholders by escalating and resolving issues.
• Produce accurate and insightful project update materials.
• Build strong relationships to support program execution.
• Use modern AI tooling to improve project workflow and outcomes.

Project Manager - Capital Markets Data Solutions - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong track record in strategic project management.
• Significant experience in Capital Markets Transformation or similar roles.
• Familiarity with Market Risk, Finance, and Capital concepts.
• Strong knowledge of data management practices.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and SQL.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver effective data storytelling.

Project Manager - Capital Markets Data Solutions – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in managing Capital Markets and Regulatory-related projects.
• Familiarity with Markdown and/or Python.
• Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred.
• Project Management certifications e.g., PMP.

Project Manager - Capital Markets Data Solutions – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
