Project Manager (Car Connected App):
On behalf of our Automotive client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager for a 12 month, hybrid contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

Project Manager (Car Connected App) - Job Description:
The project involves the migration of a Global App and connected car platform for a leading automotive company. As a dedicated Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end migration process, working closely with a strategic planning team to ensure a seamless transition and integration.

Project Manager (Car Connected App) - Responsibilities:
• Lead the full migration, including transition and integration planning and execution
• Coordinate the project team’s work against defined requirements
• Own risk assessment and mitigation, with a focus on customer data
• Keep stakeholders aligned across Canada, the US, and global teams
• Run status reporting, governance, and escalation
• Coordinate with the in-office Connected car team
• End to end management of User Acceptance testing (UAT) – planning, execution, and reporting
• Attend regular evening meetings with global stakeholders
• Travel to the US (California) and possibly Korea as needed

Project Manager (Car Connected App) - Mandatory Skills:
• Senior-level project management experience with large, complex migrations or platform transitions
• Strong risk management and understanding of customer data, privacy, and compliance
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and vendors across regions and time zones
• Clear communication with both technical and executive audiences
• Comfort moving fast in a dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work a later schedule
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally

Project Manager (Car Connected App) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Automotive industry experience
• Telematics, connected car, or IoT exposure
• Data platform, analytics, or personalization experience
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience working with global or Asia-based teams

Project Manager (Car Connected App) – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract position.
