On behalf of our Transportation client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager - Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) for an initial 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

Project Manager - Contract Lifecycle Management CLM - Job Description:
Procom is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to take over a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation for a large Canadian organization. The project is currently underway, and the candidate will be responsible for guiding the remaining work through to go-live, ensuring alignment among the Legal team, Technology, business stakeholders, the CLM software vendor, and the System Integrator.

Project Manager - Contract Lifecycle Management CLM - Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the CLM implementation, including scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Work closely with Legal, Technology, business stakeholders, the CLM software vendor, and the System Integrator to coordinate delivery and keep everyone aligned.
• Manage vendor and SI activities, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies, and remove blockers before they slow the project.
• Facilitate requirements, design, implementation, testing, change readiness, and deployment activities.
• Provide clear project governance, status reporting, decision tracking, and escalation management.
• Translate Legal and business needs into a delivery plan the team can act on.

Project Manager - Contract Lifecycle Management CLM - Mandatory Skills:
• Led at least one CLM implementation from start to finish, through go-live.
• Hands-on Project Manager who can run scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance.
• Ability to facilitate requirements and design discussions, coordinate testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve defects, and manage readiness and deployment.
• Ability to drive follow-through with stakeholders and vendors.

Project Manager - Contract Lifecycle Management CLM – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Hands-on experience with the Sirion CLM platform or another enterprise CLM platform.
• Experience managing a System Integrator from the client side.
• Legal or contracts knowledge, or strong experience working closely with Legal teams on a CLM or similar project.
• More than one CLM implementation.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification.

This is an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
