Project Manager:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Project Manager - Job Description:
The Project Manager will lead the assessment and onboarding of multiple small to mid-size data solutions into a newly created Snowflake/Azure environment. This role involves overseeing technical implementations and influencing senior leaders, with a focus on data solution integrations within the financial industry.

Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the implementation of data solutions into the Snowflake/Azure environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success
• Influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management
• Foster teamwork and problem-solving among project team members

Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Proven experience in project management with data solution implementations
• Strong technical background, particularly with Snowflake and Azure
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the financial industry
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment

Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with other cloud platforms
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance in financial services
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Project Manager – Assignment Length:
The initial contract is for 6 months, with the possibility of extension depending on the candidate.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office.
