Project Manager:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton office. 

Project Manager - Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Project Manager capable of handling a variety of IT assignments, focusing on application upgrades, mobile application development, and new software installations. These projects are planned for 2026/2027 and span across multiple business units.

Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Manage Medium to Large IT projects
• Oversee end-to-end daily management and delivery of projects
• Monitor, report, and control assigned projects
• Engage IT, vendor, and business stakeholders
• Ensure successful delivery of assigned projects

Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience
• Direct management of IT projects ranging from $250,000 to $5,000,000
• Ability to manage project financials and develop regular forecasts
• Deliver clear and concise project documentation
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies
• Ability to manage and control project scope through change control

Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience managing projects with Business Process re-engineering
• PMP Certification
• Experience in Change Management
• Broad skillset to manage various project work

Project Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year term with a possible extension.

Project Manager - Start Date:
End of October/ Early November. 

Project Manager - Assignment Location:
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Hybrid with typically 2 days onsite per week.
