Project Manager:
On behalf of our aviation client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager for a 12-month contract role. This position is onsite at our client’s Edmonton office.

Project Manager - Job Description:
Our client has an ambitious portfolio of projects to implement in 2026 and requires several Project Managers. The Project Managers will lead collaboration with Technology, business leadership, and the integrated team to plan and execute projects successfully. This role involves working within a team of Project Management professionals supporting Technology and business.

Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Lead the creation of detailed project plans including Charters, timelines, and budgets, and manage their execution.
• Schedule team resources and requirements and communicate the plans.
• Work collaboratively with leaders from the Technology and Innovation team and the business team to make trade-offs and balance project drivers to achieve success.
• Lead the integrated team, coordinate their activities efficiently, establish accountability for work planned and completed, support them by making decisions and resolving issues quickly.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
• Apply lessons learned to reduce risk and improve delivery.
• Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Ability to pivot if night work/monitoring is required in a change window.

Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 10 to 15 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Direct experience working at an airport is desirable.
• Ability to qualify and retain a Restricted Access Pass and clean criminal background check.
• Microsoft Office Skills for MS Suite including Project and Visio.
• Provide clear communication statements and reports in business language.

Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with airport operations.
• Previous experience communicating with various team members from different disciplines.
• Airport systems experience.
• Experience in leading integrated project teams in a cross-functional organization.

12 Month Contract
