Project Manager Expert - SAFe:
On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager Expert - SAFe for a 12-month role. This position is fully remote anywhere near a Schwab branch, including Austin, Westlake, Denver, or Phoenix.

Job Description:
This role involves leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives, including launching new products and services, application development, and process reengineering. The Project Manager Expert will work within a scaled Agile framework to ensure disciplined and predictable project execution.

Responsibilities:
• Define, plan, orchestrate, and deliver strategic initiatives
• Manage all aspects of the project life cycle
• Rigorously manage scope to ensure commitments are met
• Validate financial forecasts and provide reconciliation of resources
• Define and track project milestones and integrated delivery plans
• Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to support Agile practices

Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years of project management experience
• Strong experience in technical/software/product development environments
• Full budget management experience
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Trading experience
• Release Train Engineer experience
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification
• Experience with JIRA or Confluence
• Background in the financial services industry

Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
