The project manager will lead a high-profile business-led initiative to expand an existing business into Asian markets. This involves managing the Synthetic Prime Expansion project through all phases, aligning with enterprise strategies.

• Plan, manage, and deliver distinct projects through all specific phases.
• Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to teams while partnering with business and executive stakeholders.
• Engage executive sponsors and appropriate stakeholders to ensure active participation and manage project outcomes.
• Establish effective project oversight and governance bodies.
• Communicate project status, financials, and changes to key stakeholders.
• Apply Organizational Change Management principles to manage the people side of change.
• Identify and manage project risks, ensuring they are effectively mitigated.
• Ensure projects meet performance, quality, and compliance standards.
• Manage project documentation and resolve project issues effectively.
• Develop innovative solutions to resolve problems and drive project momentum.
