Project Manager II:
On behalf of our Energy client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager II for a This is a 6-month contract. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Minneapolis office.

Project Manager II - Job Description:
The Project Manager II will coordinate marketing, communications, and program initiatives that support customer participation in energy efficiency offerings at a regulated utility. The role involves working cross-functionally with various teams to plan, execute, and track initiatives that promote energy conservation, customer education, and program enrollment.

Project Manager II - Responsibilities:
• Manage timelines, workplans, deliverables, approvals, and dependencies for energy efficiency marketing campaigns and related initiatives.
• Coordinate the development and deployment of marketing materials across multiple channels.
• Partner with program leads to support customer acquisition, participation, retention, and awareness.
• Serve as a central point of coordination between multiple teams and external agencies.
• Ensure marketing and program materials align with approved plans and compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Track project budgets and schedules in partnership with program and finance teams.

Project Manager II - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management or a related function.
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Project Manager II – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in the utility or regulated industry environment.
• Familiarity with energy efficiency programs and customer education campaigns.
• Experience with regulatory filings and compliance-driven marketing processes.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation and digital marketing strategies.
• Project Management Professional certification or Agile experience.
