Project Manager III:
On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager III for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Houston, Texas office.

Project Manager III - Job Description:
The Project Manager III will be responsible for developmental work involving management and technical oversight of regional projects. This role focuses on optimizing facilities for reliable operation and cost-effective installation, working closely with Area Operations and Operations Tech Staff.

Project Manager III - Responsibilities:
• Provide technical oversight of maintenance capital projects.
• Assist in cost and budget estimating, and formulate material bid specifications.
• Provide technical assistance during construction and on-site commissioning.
• Make sound judgments that are technically accurate and feasible.
• Identify project risks, exposures, and opportunities.
• Facilitate communication channels and issue reports on project status and health.
• Interact with outside agencies for project development and completion.
• Contribute to strategy formulation and decision-making regarding project execution.
• Manage the oversight of multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and external regulatory bodies.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time.

Project Manager III - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 7-10 years of experience in gas transmission or related field.
• High-quality oral communication and writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Sound judgment in decision-making.
• Compliance with regulatory standards.

Project Manager III – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
• Familiarity with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards.
• Experience in formulating strategies for project execution.
• Skills in risk identification and management.
• Proficiency in facilitating communication channels.

Project Manager III – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position.
