Project Manager (IMA Internal Models Approach):
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager (IMA Internal Models Approach) for a 5 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

Project Manager (IMA Internal Models Approach) - Job Description:
The role will be part of the restarted IMA (Internal Models Approach) project, ensuring timely execution of deliverables across all workstreams while providing subject matter expertise. The candidate will engage with senior leaders to deliver on the IMA project requirements.

Project Manager (IMA Internal Models Approach) - Responsibilities:
• Lead transformation and change management initiatives focused on Capital Markets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to derive business requirements and assist in translating them into technical requirements.
• Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives.
• Identify and resolve or escalate risks and issues proactively.
• Produce and present project updates and materials tailored to various forums.
• Build strong relationships to support program execution.

Project Manager (IMA Internal Models Approach) - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience with delivering IMA specific components (ES, NMRF, RFET, PLAT, etc.).
• Strong Market Risk Experience and familiarity with HVaR model management.
• Experience with FRTB and/or other front office regulatory initiatives.
• Experience with derivatives trading, risk, and P&L flows.
• Proven track record in strategic project management.
• Significant experience in Capital Markets Transformation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Project Manager (IMA Internal Models Approach) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in Markets, Risk, and Regulatory projects/programs.
• Bachelor’s/University degree in relevant fields, Master’s degree preferred.
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP).
• Experience with JIRA and Agile tech framework.
• Thought leadership in target state design.

Project Manager (IMA Internal Models Approach) – Assignment Length:
The contract is set to end on 12/15/26, with a possible extension.

ASAP.

Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office.
