Project Manager:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager for a 5 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

Project Manager - Job Description:
The Project Manager will be part of the restarted Internal Models Approach (IMA) project, focusing on ensuring the timely execution of deliverables across all workstreams while providing subject matter expertise. This role involves strategic project management, particularly in the context of capital markets products and business lines.

Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Lead transformation and change management initiatives in Capital Markets to address regulatory, audit, risk, and control issues
• Collaborate with Global Markets stakeholders, including trading desk, finance, operations, technology, and risk management
• Derive business requirements and assist Technology in translating them into technical requirements
• Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives, working closely with Risk Managers, Product Owners, Front Office, Product Control, and Technology teams
• Identify challenges and proactively resolve or escalate risks and issues
• Produce project update materials and artifacts for various forums and committees
• Build strong relationships to support program execution

Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience with IMA specific components (ES, NMRF, RFET, PLAT, etc.)
• Strong Market Risk Experience and familiarity with HVaR model management
• Experience with FRTB and/or other front office driven regulatory initiatives
• Experience with derivatives trading, risk, and P&L flows
• Proven track record in strategic project management and delivering complex solutions
• Significant experience in Capital Markets Transformation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in Markets, Risk, and Regulatory related projects/programs
• Bachelor’s/University degree in relevant fields, Master’s degree preferred
• Project Management certifications e.g., PMP or equivalent
• Experience with JIRA and Agile tech framework

This is a contract position ending on 12/15/26.
