Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate- Oracle Service Cloud:
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate- Oracle Service Cloud for a 5 month contract role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate- Oracle Service Cloud - Job Description:
This critical project management role is for OPS I&IT initiatives. The project involves managing the Oracle Service Cloud platform and related I&IT projects, focusing on cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with OPS methodologies.

Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate- Oracle Service Cloud - Responsibilities:
• Provides project management on large-scale, complex, high-profile, and high-risk projects for OPS I&IT initiatives.
• Ensures project deliverables meet clients’ business requirements on time, scope, and budget.
• Manages large project budgets, including estimates, forecasts, and reconciliation/confirmation of actuals.
• Proactively identifies potential risk events and issues, recommending mitigation strategies.
• Establishes and participates in steering committee and stakeholder forums.
• Develops and maintains detailed project schedules and integrated plans.
• Coordinates project processes and develops/communicates guidelines and procedures.

Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate- Oracle Service Cloud - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience managing Oracle Service Cloud Platform or similar products.
• Proven experience in I&IT project management best practices (Agile, Kanban).
• Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• Ability to manage and lead project teams and external service providers/vendors.
• Experience in managing large-scale I&IT projects.

Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate- Oracle Service Cloud – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with UPM, Enterprise Architecture, and Gating processes.
• Knowledge of the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge.
• Understanding of Information Management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related standards.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and governance.

Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate- Oracle Service Cloud – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position.

ASAP.

Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate- Oracle Service Cloud - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, onsite, 5 days a week.
