Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate:
On behalf of our Healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate for a 7-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate - Job Description:
The Project Manager will lead the implementation of Central Waitlist Management (CWM), focusing on integrating digital assets and supporting cross-regional working groups. This role is pivotal in advancing program objectives and ensuring a coordinated approach to CWM.

Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate - Responsibilities:
• Complete thorough and timely project analysis and reporting, aligning with Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) standards
• Deliver upon program goals and objectives as outlined within the multi-year road map
• Provide secretariat support to working groups and committees
• Independently prepare meeting materials to support discussions
• Participate in meetings with project sponsors and senior leadership
• Support development of high-quality project documentation

Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate - Mandatory Skills:
• Project Management Experience
• Process improvement/re-engineering
• Experience with digital implementations
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Ability to build consensus and make decisions
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders

Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Healthcare experience
• Public Sector Experience
• A Masters Level Degree
• PMP certification
• Experience in a central intake scheduling environment

Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position for approximately 7 months.
