Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Audio-Visual and Videoconferencing):
On behalf of our Government Sector client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Audio-Visual and Videoconferencing) for an 11-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Audio-Visual and Videoconferencing) - Job Description:
This role involves leading a critical project with Justice Technology Services, focusing on multi-ministry initiatives and complex network architecture. The project includes advanced telecommunications and audio/visual systems, requiring strong technical and leadership skills.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Audio-Visual and Videoconferencing) - Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead projects involving complex network architecture and audio/visual systems
• Manage client relationships and partnerships with business areas
• Guide project teams in using audio-visual and IT for business improvement
• Develop project charters and master project plans
• Identify and assess risks, recommending mitigation measures
• Provide leadership to project teams and external service providers
• Coordinate I&IT procurement and administer contractual agreements

Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Audio-Visual and Videoconferencing) - Mandatory Skills:
• At least 5 years of audio-visual and videoconferencing technology experience
• At least 5 years of project management experience
• Knowledge of best practices for audio-visual, communications, and IT deployment
• Experience managing complex network architecture projects
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills

Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Audio-Visual and Videoconferencing) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with change management principles
• Leadership skills in guiding project staff and teams
• Proven track record in delivering projects on time and on budget

Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Audio-Visual and Videoconferencing) – Assignment Length:
This is an 11-month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is onsite, requiring the candidate to be in the office 5 days a week.
