Project Manager/Leader Senior-Microsoft 365 Copilot/Microsoft Chat and Copilot Studio:
On behalf of our Public Sector client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager/Leader Senior-Microsoft 365 Copilot/Microsoft Chat and Copilot Studio for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Project Manager/Leader Senior-Microsoft 365 Copilot/Microsoft Chat and Copilot Studio - Job Description:
This role involves managing a critical project for the rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot. The project includes technical implementation, licensing, onboarding, training, and adoption measurement. The candidate will coordinate delivery gates across security, privacy, and compliance stakeholders.

Project Manager/Leader Senior-Microsoft 365 Copilot/Microsoft Chat and Copilot Studio - Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of the Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout workplan, including licensing activation, onboarding, communications, and training coordination.
• Manage technical prerequisites and readiness for enterprise rollout and user access.
• Coordinate the development of Copilot Studio agents and governance controls.
• Handle client relationships, manage expectations, and provide updates.
• Produce delivery reporting and manage escalations through structured options.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements on time, scope, and budget.
• Proactively identify potential risk events and develop mitigating strategies.

Project Manager/Leader Senior-Microsoft 365 Copilot/Microsoft Chat and Copilot Studio - Mandatory Skills:
• Hands-on technical fluency with Microsoft 365 Copilot/Microsoft Chat and Copilot Studio.
• Experience delivering M365 or enterprise SaaS rollouts.
• Experience with Power Platform/Copilot Studio delivery.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical topics into delivery decisions.
• Experience coordinating delivery gates across security/privacy/compliance stakeholders.
• Familiarity with M365 rollout prerequisites and operational dependencies.
• Ability to handle client relationships and manage expectations.

Project Manager/Leader Senior-Microsoft 365 Copilot/Microsoft Chat and Copilot Studio – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Public sector experience.
• Experience working with cloud security and compliance controls.
• Ability to build basic Copilot Studio agents.
• Knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge.
• Understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA).

Project Manager/Leader Senior-Microsoft 365 Copilot/Microsoft Chat and Copilot Studio – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of an 11 to 12-month extension.

Project Manager/Leader Senior-Microsoft 365 Copilot/Microsoft Chat and Copilot Studio - Start Date:
ASAP.

Project Manager/Leader Senior-Microsoft 365 Copilot/Microsoft Chat and Copilot Studio - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring up to 3 days onsite.
