Project Manager/Leader - Senior:
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager/Leader - Senior for a 6-month role. This position is a remote position from anywhere in Ontario.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior - Job Description:
The Solaris Evergreening project aims to transition Solaris impacted application databases off of Solaris infrastructure and onto supported infrastructure. Where applicable, it also involves upgrading to the latest version of Oracle database software.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Facilitate client meetings and workshops to interpret business needs into technical requirements.
• Manage large-scale IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Oversee operating system and database migrations, particularly involving Solaris infrastructure.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress updates.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience in facilitating client meetings and workshops.
• Strong technical and business aptitude.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated leader with strong interpersonal skills.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Solaris infrastructure.
• Experience with Oracle database software.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior - Start Date:
ASAP.
