Project Manager/Leader - Senior-PeopleSoft-HCM:
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager/Leader - Senior-PeopleSoft-HCM for an 11-month role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior-PeopleSoft-HCM - Job Description:
The role involves managing a critical project focused on the implementation of PeopleSoft HCM within the Government Services Integration Cluster. This initiative includes the integration of PeopleSoft Fluid and Classic Plus user interfaces, along with PeopleTools and PUM upgrades.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior-PeopleSoft-HCM - Responsibilities:
• Provide project management for large-scale, high-profile, and high-risk projects.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements on time, scope, and budget.
• Lead organizational development, strategy development, and business planning.
• Develop and manage project schedules, deliverables, and scope.
• Monitor and forecast project costs and provide reporting.
• Direct project teams to ensure adherence to government and ministry standards.
• Identify potential risk events and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder forums and provide reporting to senior executive levels.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior-PeopleSoft-HCM - Mandatory Skills:
• Extensive experience as a Project Manager with PeopleSoft or other HCM projects.
• Hands-on experience leading multiple large ERP projects ($5M+).
• Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM applications.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid and Classic Plus user interfaces and upgrades.
• Experience working on Microsoft Azure with RHEL/Windows OS and Oracle Database.
• Experience in a public sector environment.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior-PeopleSoft-HCM – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Prior experience with OPS/public sector HCM/PeopleSoft projects.
• Knowledge of Project Management Institute’s PMBOK.
• Understanding of Information Management principles.
• Familiarity with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
• Ability to manage client relationships and expectations.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior-PeopleSoft-HCM – Assignment Length:
This is an 11-month contract position.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior-PeopleSoft-HCM - Start Date:
ASAP.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior-PeopleSoft-HCM - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, onsite 5 days a week.
